Great Day!!

Yesterday was just such a great day!!

Firstly I went to Irene's to do dying with the ladies from The Patch. Once all our pieces of fabric where all in there jars or on the line it was time to enjoy our bring and share lunch.
After eating ,drinking and chatting all took home some jars and washed out the material.

Love them all hug out on the line!!

In the afternoon Louise and I went for a big walk to the point .
On the way back we had a lovely swim.
After dinner I went into my sewing room and stitched.
It was the best way to end a great day!!

I adored those cute little owls you made-bet they lifted some spirits.

It sounds like you have had a perfect weekend! There is nothing like that to lift your spirits. Keep up the great work!

  2. Ditto on the colors hanging on the line. Those are gorgeous. What a great way to spend a day - fabric, food, and friends.

And your ugly swap - what fun! Love the owls. They are adorable. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for a future ugly swap as that sounds like fun.

  11. Hi Maria
Thank you for dropping in for a visit.
It sure is a shame you don't have a cat to edit your patterns - lol- you never will know what you are missing? Well, a little bit like when your babies were small and you just never knew what the next adventure would be. :)
have you done anything with your dyed fabric YET?????
