OPAM and Sign up for FnwFs

the days and weeks are just flying by and it will be August already tomorrow sew here are my OPAMs for July. Thanks to Kris and Peg who keep us on track..

My Bee group made “Bingo Blocks”for me sew this is the quilt I put together with the blocks.

Love the way they look together and now I have a lovely quilt to use in the “Humpy” ( if we ever get to go on that holiday )

My “Mystery Quilt” our Patchwork group did this year…

The Morning Finally Arrived

when were allowed to open our Christmas in July parcel. Sew no more squishing , just ripping and find out that my partner was Anna. B. in Victoria. Hmm you did put lots of tape on Anna but I got them opened to reveal,

A Nice Parcel !

After a quick trip to the Big Smoke through pouring rain both there on Sunday and again on our way home last night.





It was sew nice to find the red and white card in mail box for a parcel today. Couldn't wait to get home sew I could see what was inside. It revealed these beautifully wrapped gifts from Santa.. Oh! It is so hard not to open them... Wonder who sent them from East Ivanhoe Victoria ???  Have to wait till Friday to find out...

FNSI for July

Last night I joined the lovely Wendy and 56 other ladies for FNSI .

I was happy to be working on this UFO.

I sewed the top few rows together and  was hoping to get the rest finished tonight. BUT we keep having power outages sew I guess that won’t be happening.

Thankfully my trusty ole Laptop is fully charged sew I can do my post and go over HERE to see what others have done. You may also like to visit..

How the Days Fly By

While hubby is recovering I have been kept busy mowing “The Block”

It is sew nice to have my mojo back and enjoy sewing along for FnwFs organised by the lovely Cheryll I will be going visiting HERE over the weekend to see what you have all been doing.


Must away as the sun is shining sew I am off to a lovely long walk with my friend Louise then afterwards coffee and freshly make Friands at her house….

and not only did Illene stitch this gorgeous Mini , with a beautiful verse, I was also spoilt with a lovely manicure set and yummy choccie.
